Role I Play
As a Nurse Shift Manager, my role was to lead and support a team of oncology nurses, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care. I was responsible for coordinating staffing, overseeing patient flow, and mentoring nurses during high-acuity chemo treatments.

Team Collaboration
